At Policy Exchange Network, we are committed to maintaining the complete confidentiality of all personal, financial, medical and insurance information submitted as part of the senior settlement process.
The information that you provide will be entered into a secure database proprietary to Policy Exchange Network and will be used solely on a "need to know" basis by the appropriate personnel. Certain information must be disclosed to insurance company representatives, medical professionals, state regulatory agencies, senior settlement brokers, senior settlement providers, and senior settlement funding sources in order for your policy to be brokered. In no case will confidential information be released to any other parties unless expressly authorized by you in writing. We will not allow your name and address or any other information in our database to be used for any purpose other than offering your policy for sale.
At Policy Exchange Network, our staff members adhere to the highest standards of ethical conduct and professional practice. We maintain a fraud prevention plan that includes procedures designed to detect, prevent, report and eliminate any unethical or fraudulent activity. These procedures include the establishment of a Compliance and Fraud Review Officer, employee training, and senior settlor education and disclosure.
We will only place our senior settlement business with respected and trusted firms. We will not knowingly engage in business for life insurance policies that have been obtained by presenting or concealing materially false factual information.
